Discovering Nature, Saddles and Solitude in an Old Abandoned Tennessee Farm
Butterfly Hollow Farm
Where The Beefalo Roam
Beefalo Roundup

With over 300 head of Beefalo spread across several farms and the rugged terrain of the Cumberland Mountain foothills separating the herds, there is only one way to roundup these cattle....on horseback!!

Slip on your hat, pull up your boots and saddle up. We also have some of the most beautiful American Paint Horses sharing these hills with us too. So we had to create some pages to show them off and to share some of our Beefalo Roundup adventures. You can find more cattle drive stories under our section on horses and our farm journals.
