Discovering Nature, Saddles and Solitude in an Old Abandoned Tennessee Farm
Butterfly Hollow Farm
Where The Beefalo Roam

We are truly blessed by the wonderful neighbors and farming families that share these hills and valleys with us. If someone would have told us that we would be one day raising Beefalo, I think we would have rolled in laughter. You see, up until this adventure we were pretty much just vegetable eating folks...(for different reasons at different times in our life).

Beefalo Bull and one of his many sons.

We kinda fell right into a barter/cooperative system with our closest neighbor and before we knew it, we had fenced off a couple sections of the farm for Beefalo and Horses, were helping with the cattle drives, lending a hand to another neighbor who packages and sells directly, and blew the dust off the old BBQ grill for some of the best T-bone steaks we've ever had.
